Excellent company and customer service
We have been a Nextiva customer since 2016 using their online fax service which worked fantastic for our small business fax needs. We just recently retired and no longer require the service and called Zyndell at customer service to request cancellation. She was very polite and understanding. She clearly and cheerfully explained other available services that might be helpful to us and then promptly processed our request. She efficiently followed up with an email confirmation for our records. ...

Real kind professional people
I have had two separate points of contact with your company. First is sales rep Erik R., who assisted me by text. He was informative and patient. Second is Natalia Kopach who help me with initial onboarding of system. She is professional, pleasant and patient dealing with a person (myself) who is somewhat tech challenged. Onboarding was a breeze!
Onboarding was a breeze! Ian Myers was a huge help getting 20 locations onboarded with some complex routing and user configurations. Compared to my last 3 phone migrations over 8 years - this was the most seamless, stress-free, frankly most enjoyable experience yet. Ian and his team made it almost effortless. Every attention to detail was planned and executed perfectly. We have happy users with a better quality system and features!. Great work Ian !!
