I wish I could give a 0! Service never worked since day one but sure enough I've been charged every month. The 2nd month the charge went up $10 because apparently there was a promotion on unlimited messages when as we speak the message option has not even been activated yet (it's been almost 2 months that I signed up btw). Technical support never follow up with you even though the issues are pending and when I call the only thing that they say is "we don't know when the next update is going ...

Exceptional Experience thus far.
What made our experience great was the exceptional, knowledgeable, and fast customer service we received. The onboarding process was a breeze from start to completion. Let's shed light on the follow-up calls and emails that the service team provides from Management to support staff ensuring that we the customer are having positive outcomes.

A major upgrade from Google Voice
A major upgrade from Google Voice. If I now have a problem, I can talk to a professional 24/7. The support so far has been excellent and I never have to wait more than 2m to connect with member of their tech support staff. Ygor and Andy were quick to resolve my problem, and Ann in Sales got me into the right plan Their product is also easy to use and versatile. So far, so good!

Mahalo Gustavo!
Gustavo! What a guy! After getting transferred several times I finally got to the correct support line and they had just closed on a Friday afternoon. Frustrated, I was forced to leave a message. Gustavo immediately called me as he was still in the office and delivered everything I needed. Aloha to you my friend!
