Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Although they have a Scotsdale, AZ address they work out of Central Europe. The turn around time for problem solving is about 48 hours. I am trying to get a simple log in password changed and it has been a nightmare that has now spanned almost 5 weeks! Addendum: after I posted this review and received the response from Alex I did get the issue resolved. However, it still did take 5 weeks.

Nextiva customer support

I've been a Nextiva customer for many years, and they provide excellent service for our telco needs.
