Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. I explained exactly what I needed for my phone line in the sales call. They set me up and took my money and then oh wait, you have to pay 4x the amount that we originally agreed on in order to get the setup I wanted originally. And the phone line was never set up, it NEVER rang. Then just getting someone on the phone to help me was unbelievable. I finally just got in touch with someone to cancel the account. I'm porting out.

NextivaOne won't refresh on new texts while in a conversation. I can't use pinch to zoom on images people send to me. I can't watch 3gp videos on mobile unless I download it and play it in a different player. I'm asked to submit a feature request for these 3 basic functionality items.

Nextiva's service is terrible and charge me a $1000 cancellation fee after upping my monthly service fee by over double. This is highway robbery. Do not use Nextiva! They are an awful company

I was new to technology and the tech who helped me had a lot of patience. He helped me go through every detail and waited for me patiently. This company didnt make me wander to this person to that. I'll recommend Nextiva to anyone who will ask me.

It was a very complicated process…

It was a very complicated process because we had a change of ownership from a deceased Individual. It took a couple of weeks to get the resolution. Nick@CR was with me the whole time, keeping me updated between the departments until our case was completed.
