Nextiva support is horrible

Nextiva support is horrible. Support fixed one issue by causing another. It takes 20 minutes to get someone on the phone. They will be quicker to respond to this review then they have been in the past three weeks to any of my communications. 0/10

"Keep your cell phone number out of your customers hands"

What do you like best about Nextiva? The most helpful thing about using the Nextiva app, is that it gives you the ability to use your current cell phone, but when communicating with customers, they only see your business phone number.

"Love the flexibility"

What do you like best about Nextiva? I love being able to use Nextiva from any location. We also like the fact that we can have calls routed as needed. There are multiple features and the implementation and integration was easy.

Did not resolve issue and overall am…

Did not resolve issue and overall am not happy with the platform. It seems silly that sms messages can’t be deleted and just pile up, I continue to have massive problems getting my service set up. Thus far I am extremely disappointed.
