Benefit far outweighs the monthly fee!
The customer care providers of Nextiva were excellent during my initial call and the set-up call. I was made to feel valued while the customer care representatives acted in a highly professional manner. Their expertise was evident by the answers provided to my questions and they were unbelievably kind. I am excited about this service. The benefit of the service far outweighs the monthly fee. Thank you Nextiva!

"Nextiva never fails to deliver"
What do you like best about Nextiva? Quality surpasses that of RingCentral and 8x8, both of which we've used in the past. Support also surpasses the competition. For us it's QoS that goes a long way with service providers.

Alex, as always, helped me very efficiently and accurately! In addition, there was an issue accessing a needed invoice in the "Billing" section of the portal and Alex was able to procure me a copy within only a few minutes.
