Concerning Arlan @ AR case number…

Concerning Arlan @ AR case number 03795307 This customer service experience with Arlan is one of the best I have had in quite a while. While buying a new business, this was the easiest account transition by far. I left the call completely satisfied and confident that I could handle my account. His English was excellent and easy to understand. Never once did I have to say "Could you repeat that?" Everyone needs to learn English as well as Arlan has. Great Job!

The representative did a great job…

The representative did a great job getting us setup and running. She remoted onto my computer and showed me how to perform many of the tasks. We are porting our phone numbers over at this time and will go live in a week.
