Tripod pairing with headset
Joey was really helpful and took the time to go through the whole process with me. Step-by-step and explained everything to me as it should be with how to power up the headset and be able to hear once the headset was paired to the tripod. He never gave up.

Paige was very helpful and patient
Paige was very helpful and patient. She took the time to research my account issue and provided me with very helpful advice. I felt like she did not need to go above and beyond which is why I am writing this review since Nextiva drops the ball more often than I appreciate. Give Paige a raise so that she sticks around, if you're smart.
