Great so far! Easy process. Robust controls.

So far, our experience has been great. We received a low monthly price for our small business phone service, all the new phones were included for "free," and the phones arrived within a week and as billed. We set up the phones today with the help of a virtual Nextiva installation consultant who walked us step-by-step through the process. We are still waiting to port our business numbers (local, toll-free, and fax numbers) over to the new phone system, but if that goes well then we are going ...

There were 2 reps that helped that were AMAZING....Daria & Alex. I am very disappointed in the sales rep. He told me he would be our only contact. He also said that there would be zero phone downtime, which COMPLETELY was not true. No one ever called me to start the setup process, I kept having to call myself. If it wasn't for the 2 reps I mentioned above, I would have completely canceled moving services to Nextiva. When I called "my rep", I mostly got his voicemail and after leaving ...

We are about halfway through our transition and so far the transition has been very easy. I love the application online to make adjustments and record greetings. It's so simple! Each representative has been easy to talk to, and professional, and has made me feel comfortable in this transition.
