They do not honor cancellation by…

They do not honor cancellation by emails - even when the actual OWNER of the company sends to them an email to CANCEL service IMMEDIATELY. Had to call card company to block future unauthorized charges and to reimburse charges that erroneously took place AFTER cancellation notices that included the account's CPNI.

After my last review, still useless

After my last review, I have called and emailed, but not received any assistance whatsoever. Instead our issues have worsened to the point where now none of our office numbers are "licensed" and still nobody is answering any questions.
