The worst service and support I've ever…

The worst service and support I've ever received in 30 years being in the IT Field. Please friends stay away from this company they will lie and charge you for services you don't have then never refund what they say they will. I tried to contact the CEO on LinkedIn and you guessed it he never replied because he don't care.

Poor customer service

I have been lied to and they do not work with you at all. Just paid an outstanding balance from May. They emailed me if I don't respond to the email they were going to shut off the line, I responded and still shut it off. The first time this happened told me they emailed me after making a payment arrangement and they never did after the payment arrangement didn't go through. It's fine for the most part but customer service and the app isn't great. I am going to explore other companies.

Horrible company, with too many issues. The phone app has so many issues and they are never resolved. Tickets are opened and then we never hear back from anyone. They have no issue taking your money every month for a product that does not function at 100%.

Well at first it wasn’t all that great…

Well at first it wasn’t all that great I was told that my application didn’t make it through your security check. I got an email telling me my case was closed. I called one of your representatives and here at office email that I never received that my account was approved and so on and so on so we set up the account that wasn’t smooth sailing
