"Great price with many options."
What do you like best about Nextiva? Great calling software have been worked with many but this is probably the best and they keep updating it and making it more usable. Great Admin options for keeping all the information about the agents working. There customer service is really good while setting up the account they completely walk me through the complete process and guided me at every step. Easy access to call recording and I can send recording to any email I want only by one click.
