Second guessing contracts because of this company

Nextiva's contracts can be tricky to navigate and having links on the contract that take you to other web pages that have more links that you need to read comes across as sneaky. We were fortunate to get a escalations team member that helped us cancel our account with them but on the whole I would not recommend using them for VoIP. My business phone number was not active…

My business phone number was not active for 1 week because I didn't do a "consultation" phone call. So basically I lost a week worth of business just because I did not speak to your representative. It's a damn phone line and not that serious. This is absolutely ridiculous and a joke.

Carlos made sure he completely understood my request which was recommended by a Nextiva rep I spoke to previously. Carlos informed me that I did not need to go month to month (contract) in order to remove the SMS on my account. The other rep, told me that. Carlos continued to call me until we were able to connect. I appreciate his help.
