Nextiva botched the setup of our…

Nextiva botched the setup of our account and then they wanted US to go through hoops to get it straightened out. Their onboarding was a mess. The kids that setup the account clearly had no training. Nextiva has been wasting my time with emails and billing ever since and if they wanted to, they would see that not one phone call was made or received. I hate to leave negative reviews but they have earned it.

"Migration to Nextiva"

What do you like best about Nextiva? I am new to Nextiva and still in the migration process, Nextiva assigned different teams for each step in the migration process, starting with Sales, each team worked with me and guided me through the migration process by breaking it down into straightforward steps.
