"Great Phone Service and Simple Transition"
What do you like best about Nextiva? The best thing about Nextiva is that it just works. Once you get past the initial set up, it works without issues. The initial set up can take some time, but I believe it wouldn't be any different with anothother company. The customer service is efficient and answers questions and helps implement any changes easily.

What do you like best about Nextiva? In-person help and even chats are excellent, very helpful. The set-up is a bit complicated, though use is easy, and getting support for making everything click makes all the difference.

Run around
Do not use this company, I have been trying to cancel them for 4 months now and had to dispute it on my credit card, they are horrible to work with. and are still trying to bill me, and my credit card - Nightmare company to work with!!!!

The cordless phones do not connect or stay connected. If the hardware is poor, the phone service is irrelevant.
