We have been overcharged for 5 months…
We have been overcharged for 5 months and my account is still under review as they try and give back the necessary credits. I have spoken with 4 different people and wasted several hours trying to correct Nextiva's error. Very disappointed.

Service works OK but customer service…
Service works OK but customer service stinks. Nextiva double billed us starting in March and it is still not resolved. They do not call you back. There is no follow up from Nextiva. It is the customer who has to do the follow up and when you get upset with the rep. over the experience that you are having they hang up on you.

Not with Starlink
Was not able to utilize Nextiva service with my Starlink system despite the salesmans assurances.

I did not receive my refund yet, They overcharged me twice so far, and every time I contact CS they say they are reviewing it.

What do you like best about Nextiva? I like that they have an option for faxing and SMS/MMS is possible. A competitor I switched from didn't have these features.
