"Amazing Service!"

What do you like best about Nextiva? The customer service is impeccable! Every time I have a question, they are quick to come up with the solution. I LOVE the number of features Nextiva has to offer such as multiple lines, teams, users, call recording, after-hours forwarding, and more. It was an overall easy process to integrate the phones we got from them. The implementation team was also very informative and answered all my questions. Overall, this is SUPER easy to use!

Unlike the first three individuals who…

Unlike the first three individuals who were completely unhelpful, Joshua (ref #02740404) went out of his way by going the extra to see that I was in fact an administrator of our account. He should be promoted to a supervisory position as this is the type of effort and leadership that should be employed in the customer service and support.
