Jeziel was tremendous this morning
Jeziel was tremendous this morning. He assisted me this with getting our service promptly restored after helping navigate sending the payment on some past due balance. He was kind, courteous, and professional throughout the process. He was also very patient with me while I also had to communicate with my accountant during the call. Thank you, Jeziel for a wonderful experience in a stressful situation.

Responsive to Business Needs
I spoke with Nick @ CR about needing the best deal for the services my business needed and not having to pay for services we don't intend to use. He was very responsive to my needs and proposed a solution that was the ideal fit for my business. I was so happy with his service I entered into a longer term relationship with Nextiva and look forward to doing business into the future with them as I feel they are a partner to me in meeting my business needs and goals.

Both my contact person, Joe, and the onboarding PROfessional, Elena, have done superb jobs of getting me onboard with Nextiva and getting all set up. Although I just onboarded today, I'm very impressed with your system and look forward to getting more acquainted in the coming days/weeks.

"Nextiva is trying to grow but just isn't hitting my expectations"
What do you like best about Nextiva? The onboarding process was complex but well managed initially. Having the support during that process was very helpful. The product is acceptable and the online back office makes it mostly easy to manage. They seem to be always trying to improve the product but Nextiva hasn't hit that sweet spot yet to where I can confidently recommend them to others. But I also only know Nextiva and I have nothing to compare them to.
