Working with Lisa Deaton!

Working with Lisa Deaton! Having Lisa Deaton as our implementation manager was a treat! She was thorough, fast, easy to contact, and our implementation went very well. The only hangups were on our side with our network! I thought the Nextiva program is well done and Lisa did an excellent job at getting us through the process!

Ann was awesome made me feel comfortable with all processes when it came to getting set up. I even paid more money than I originally thought I should pay, however the rep that set me up Daria, she just was very quiet on the phone and well she did not walk through the system with me at all. I got set up but I have not idea how to use the app. It was not very interactive.

What do you like best about Nextiva? Being able to take office calls routed to my mobile phone is the main reason that our company decided to switch to Nextiva. It has been a huge improvement on our employees' ability to work remotely as they are in and out of the field on a revolving basis.
