"Nextiva Customer Support & Overall Service"

What do you like best about Nextiva? I appreciate the voicemail to email feature that way if a voicemail is missed on the phone application it is available to listen to on my associated email account. This is useful when I am not readily able to use my phone or traveling abroad. Using the application on mobile and laptop is straight forward and there are good options for integration with my personal mobile without relying on my personal number for work related calls.

"Love Nextiva!"

What do you like best about Nextiva? I did a lot of research when choosing which phones to switch my company over to and have been extremely happy with choosing Nextiva. The features I love best is how easy it is to use the portals and the ability to answer the phones from their app! It allows me to take my team to lunch, step out of the office for a DR appt, allow everyone to work from home when it snows, etc. Another positive is the customer service.
