Nick @ CR provided excellent customer service. We needed to change out contact information after a prior employee left the organization. Nick facilitated the change doing an excellent job with maintaining required security and getting things done speedily. We needed immediate support and got it!

Reps are great, Company is terrible

I had a great experience with the customer care rep Leo L. However, Nextiva auto renews our 3-year contracts without a way to make pending requests for the next renewal. The cancellation fees are close to the cost of keeping lines, so you are locked in once you are in. The website is difficult to manage and navigate between users, lines, and numbers. Between users and extensions as well are difficult. We are a small organization with less than 10 employees and it takes all day to work ...

a lot of talk

was told there is a receptionist to direct calls, there isn't who the hell records their own voice for a business. was told i could forward my port number, told I cant , only after 20 min i'm already regretting it
