We do appreciate the quick responses

We do appreciate the quick responses. Anytime I leave a message I get a call back that day. We disliked the lack of knowledge that the phones needed WIFI adaptors, sold separately for them to work. We've had the phones for over a month not able to use them.

They really listened and had empathy

Jeziel G was great! His customer service skills are impeccable. I was very impressed with his ability to handle people with ease and really make a person feel important. Customer Service seems to be a lost art but not with Jeziel! He even wished me Happy Holidays - you so seldom hear that anymore, he made my day!
