Great experience working with Karen Fink!

Karen has been so patient with us, explaining things and helping us understand how to customize Nextiva's service to fit our needs. She is also efficient, moving from each step to the next, with the goal of having a satisfied customer. I highly recommend both Nextiva and Karen. What do you like best about Nextiva? Any questions I have posed to the chat agents, I have gotten the help needed.... even with the random roundabout questions, they maintain patience and are professional.

OMG ..

OMG ... when I answered the call, I expected it to go a totally different way. However, Kacy was amazing. His attitude made me want to talk with him. He expressed his concern for me and my time and not having the desire to waste it. That changed the course of the phone call. After working with Kacy... he sent me to Jordan. Let me just say...he was more pleasant than Kacy. Jordan was very accommodating. He and I worked out the details of my plan...which I was extremely happy about... Jordan ...

"Quick, effective, user friendly responses"

What do you like best about Nextiva? Ease of use for the technologically challenged. Most helpful for me is the ability to securely contact my clients, and co-workers, collegues and other providers. I can click on past names and numbers; no need to dial. I can easily choose past voice messages and dictate from them. Mute and unmute is easy to see. Response from Support is quick and easy to follow

"VOIP phone solution that scales with good quality"

What do you like best about Nextiva? It's not the cheapest, but with a 3 year commitment it's very cost competitive and offers more reliable than some of the other similar brands in the space. I can't speak to comparisons with the more expensive solutions but for someone using 1-10 lines, this is a great fit and has scaled really well with users and features as we have grown and changed.
