Service after the sale has been garbage

All of the phone lines are messed up. I told the representative multiple times that they were incorrect but he simply refused to listen to me. He also got mad at me when I was not fluent with the software, which is reasonable considering this was my first time using it. I have already spent two hours with the setup team. I have to call back today to see if they will fix the numbers. If I receive the same treatment, the phones will be returned to Nextiva and we will use one of the many other ...

"Phone system ideal for Hybrid office"

What do you like best about Nextiva? During Covid, our office transitioned into a hybrid workspace. We have spent the past few years looking for a communications solution to meet our needs. Nextiva is the first one that hits all the marks. We use the system every day! I also appreciate that I can reach cutomer support by phone or via chat. We haven't tried any integrations yet, but I am sure it will be easy to implement when we are ready for that step.

What do you like best about Nextiva? Their tech suport is always there to help out and fast. I am very greatful to have come upon this company 2 years ago and look forward to working with them for many more years to come. No complaints. This company is good at what it does. Excellent service.

What do you like best about Nextiva? Support is easy to get to, and quick to fix issues. Having the ability to do hardware refreshes through the platform is nice. Simple to add/remove licenses and provisioning of devices is easy. Integration into generic devices is easy to do.

I have used Nextiva's services since 2015 to present as they have added and refined their services. I am an individual small business owner who travels frequently. Having digital secure fax service has been invaluable, freed me from the tethering of a fax machine. Separate digital phone number for business was innovative at the time and made travel much easier to receive and make phone calls. Customer service has always solved any issues.
