Not a great company from what I've experienced

Nick @ CR did a great job, was extremely helpful and had our issue resolved in no time. Unfortunately the issue sprang back up (trying to get numbers ported out after months of customers being unable to place calls into us) and it took repeated attempts by our new carrier to get the numbers ported out. We are now fighting with nextiva about their automatically renewing contract and their unwillingness to understand that their contract includes their service, which we did not receive. The ...

"Reliable 95 percent"

What do you like best about Nextiva? The Nextiva software offers a support call queue the ability to give the longest idle team member the next call instead of all ringing at once time hoping someone will answer. It will only ring one person at a time until someone answers the call.
