EXACTLY What We Needed

I filled out a contact me form and within 2 minutes, I received a call from Carlo in the Product Specialist department. He was extremely helpful, had a bubbly personality and was able to answer every single question I had. I was then directed to Yuriy, who showed the same level of customer service. Yuriy made it very easy to understand how the various functions work and how to customize them. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Nextiva

I started getting very stressed out…

I started getting very stressed out with being bounced back and forth to people who couldn't help or didn't want to, to the point I asked to cancel my service. The service was canceled but the phone number that I had requested not to be ported was ported anyway.

"Good Experience So Far"

What do you like best about Nextiva? I had 3 numbers ported over and they were not working at first. I got on with tech support and they were very helpful in getting them up and running and even created a call flow for my toll free number.

The customer support rep that assisted me with # 02832393 was very courteous, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to assist me with getting the issue resolved. He paid attention to detail and made a correction to my oversight! It was very nice to work with him.

Onboarding great; sales tactics, not so great.

The onboarding process was simple. A representative walked me through everything while explaining all the features. The sales process not so much. It's a bit misleading. The salesperson stated I had to have multiple add-ons in order to sign up but it's free for 3 months. However, I'm still trying to cancel over $200/month of add-ons before getting charged and having difficulty reaching anyone to help with this.
