What do you like best about Nextiva? The process and implenetation was made easy by the Nextivia Team. My sales associate, Mike Williams, was professional and engaging. What do you like best about Nextiva? The ability to no longer have dropped calls from my land line provider and to be able to send SMS messages from the app.

What do you like best about Nextiva? Nextivia integration and porting process was made easy by nextivia staff assigned to the project. Any issue that arise or changes that need to be made to the call flow or the system itself are rapidly addressed. Our organization came froma. vendor with an extremely poor customer service and we have been completely blown away by how great Nextivia has been.

Horrible Implementation and service
We have canceled service due to so many issues. We are still waiting for a credit for the phones we returned. Will NEVER do business with Nextiva.
