I have been being overcharged for 5…
I have been being overcharged for 5 months now because of an error on Nextiva’s part. I called in in September to remove lines from my account, and instead an additional 4 were added. So instead of my normal 6, I’ve been paying for 10. I was issued a refund in November and assured this would be fixed, but it’s still not fixed & I’m still being overcharged and frankly it’s beyond the point of unacceptable at this point.
