Nick did a Fantastic Job!

Nick @ CR and this case number 02850390. Nick was super pleasant to talk to and although I was frustrated with the lack of ability to gain access to my companys account information, He sent me an email with a request for paperwork to prove ownership. I immediately submitted. George and the service delivery team…

George and the service delivery team were extremely helpful in the setup of our new Nextiva account. They were thorough in explaining the process and walked me through setting up our call routing system and filing the correct paperwork to get phone numbers ported from my previous provider. My team is very excited to start using Nextiva.

"Great Phone System"

What do you like best about Nextiva? The customer service is something I have never experinced. They are alway so helpful when I have questions and/or issues. They were helpful with the implemation. The phones are easy to use and have so many different features.

"It has been all positive since switching to Nextiva"

What do you like best about Nextiva? Calls are noticibly more reliable. Porting was smooth and only took five days. Nextiva had someone doing a call and screen share with me the day before porting to make sure the had us all set up properly. Compared to the set up with our former VOIP service it is hands down better.
