Nick @ CR case number 02858784

Out of the blue, Nick called me and said he could help with my issues. Nick honestly saved Nextiva's butt because I was honestly ready to cancel all of my clients Nextiva's account and move them someplace else. Nick was able to help and get me access. I think you guys really need to assign an account manager to your partners that we can use to get around some issues.

If all the Nextiva Agents were this good.

This review is strictly regarding my interaction with Tyler Ruiz, Working with Tyler was the best experience that I've had with Nextiva, I have been dealing with a nightmare over the last 5-6 months with Nextiva, I've easily spoken to 6-8 different people, who have all made promises that were never kept, I've been trying to fix my account for months, Tyler listened to my situation and immediately took the initiative to make sure this situation gets fixed. Nextiva is awesome.

I love Nextiva. Since we signed up with their service, everything has been excellent. They have a done a good job to make me a life-time customer. From sales, onboarding, and support have all been quality individuals. You could tell that they have a great customer culture since every individual speaks to me with such grace, and patience.
