What do you like best about Nextiva? I had several issues provisioning my phone and Oleksandr was awesome. Walked me through several questions I had and assisted me for 45 mins. Got my phone up and running perfectly.

Out of the blue, Nick called me and said he could help with my issues. Nick honestly saved Nextiva's butt because I was honestly ready to cancel all of my clients Nextiva's account and move them someplace else. Nick was able to help and get me access. I think you guys really need to assign an account manager to your partners that we can use to get around some issues.
