Too expensive

Too expensive. Won't let me cancel, says it automatically renews for 12 months. Doesn't work for my small business, can't get phones to do what I want it to do, which is just be a regular phone.

I am a new customer

I am a new customer, and Nextiva was very attentive to get our business and our service moved to Nextiva. The customer service after the sale has been very disappointing. Very seldom are wait times less that 10 minutes when calling customer service. Customer service only has had the solution 50% of the time. Phone quality seems to be good price was ok. But I would highly recommend shopping and reviewing the competitor's customer service ratings.

"Great In-Office Communication Tool"

What do you like best about Nextiva? We utilize Nextiva for all of our interoffice communication. It is a great tool to have ONE place to go for all communication, info storage, and management. I've not seen this with other platforms.

Account Ownership Transfer

Nick @ CR did a great job resolving my account access and account ownership transfer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the issues very quickly. I've spoken to multiple Nextiva customer service reps and sent dozens of emails over several months to get this issue resolved, to no avail. Nick took care of it in 10 minutes. Thank you Nick!
