Ivan corrected the over-billing issue…
Ivan corrected the over-billing issue while I was online, and sent a confirmation email before ending the call. Customer service prior to today’s phone call to remove a trunk line from the account was very poor, stretching over two months.

This system is incredibly frustrating
This system is incredibly frustrating – it's broken down over three times in the past six days. When we call, it takes them over an hour to answer. Interestingly, new customers get a response within a minute. The management seems neglectful towards existing customers. Despite assurances, the issues persist, wasting time with no resolution. Working with this company has been the worst experience, and I wish I could give them a -1000000000000000 star review. Unfortunately, that's not possible.
