What do you like best about Nextiva? I like how easy it is to add new licenses, create new or update existing users, support is very responsive and does not close a ticket until they are absolutely sure that the problem is resolved. Nathan Kramer, our account manager has been excellent in pointing me in the right direction for Nextiva's products and services!

Horrid customer service
Horrid customer service. We left this company because their portal is not user friendly and as a business we needed to change our voice mail messages according to our changing open hours for the holidays. Took an hour to change the voice mail alone. Had no choice but to go thru customer service. Have been trying to cancel our service with them since Oct. Yet I still keep getting a bill even though the number was ported out already and we have service thru a new company. Called again today ...
