Customer Service Like This Saves Customer Loyalty
Nick @CR is my single reason for remaining a Nextiva customer. Nextiva has struggled to provide billing and accounting statements that meet our needs, repeatedly asking the same questions answered previously in our correspondence. The disregard that was communicated to me led me to look at alternative arrangements so that I could end our Nextiva contract.
