Detailed, helpful, outstanding!
The Nextiva support experience was very productive and helpful. The representative I worked for was very patient in explaining and walking me through the setup process and I credit her expertise with my company getting off the ground with Nextiva's service. I went in with a million questions in no particular order, and left with all of them answered, and then some!

Great Experience!
Great Experience! Since the time I signed up I was contacted with step by step instructions of what to expect, and what to do. They had someone walk me through the set up and showed me how to make changes on my own. If I had any questions with anything I had a person assigned to me (Anastatia) who would email and call me regularly to make sure I was all squared away with my services.

The quote process was easy and all of the representatives were very engaging and informative. I will say it’s a lengthy process and maybe it wouldn’t seem so long had there been only 1 or 2 reps versus 3 to complete the setup process. All in all I’m very happy with the discounts and look forward to having excellent customer service and support.

Truthfully disappointed.
Customer service has been excellent so far. The issue is, for one of the nations' largest providers, their applications are very basic. We switched from another large provider to Nextiva under the impression we were getting an upgrade. Instead we have found many basic features are missing (backgrounds/blur for video meetings, ability to control a video meeting from for mobile device, etc). finally, a great customer rep
OMG after dealing with soooo many frustrations trying to get help from anyone, I got lucky when Tyler picked up the phone. I was so embarassingly upset, but his calm demeanor calmed me and he was able to give me step by step instructions. After 1 week of frustrations, the problem seems to have been resolved. It really makes a difference when the person who's on the phone knows what they're doing
