The employees that I spoke with had excellent customer service. Very friendly during the call was easy to have conversation with instead of having awkward silence while waiting. Very knowledgeable about the product. Covered everything that can be done with the product whether I use it now or in the future. "Highly reliable and excellent service"

What do you like best about Nextiva? Nextiva's service is very reliable. I very rarely have any technical issues. The admin portal is easy to manage and they have a wide variety of services that meet all of our needs. On the rare occasion that I need support, it is easy to get in contact with someone and is usually solved on the first communication.
