My rep was super nice

My rep was super nice, and explained everything. She straightened out some errors, and made sure I was able to get my old #s back after I was disconnected... (my fault, BTW) Good people (support) can make up for anything bad in product or services. So care and feed your CSRs well.

Nextiva has a very unusual business…

Nextiva has a very unusual business practice, they set up my account, collected my persona and paymentl information and canceled next morning and still have my information stored. This should be investigated by the state attorney. Because if they didn't ten to approve my VOIP why it wasn't done live on the spot but after I setup my account and paid the subscription!!!!! Calling a state attorney, definitely needs an investigation!

I called in expecting the worst with my issue. I was pleasantly surprised when Thomas worked to resolve my issue quickly. He was extremely professional and personal. Daria got me wrapped up and I was on my way!

"Great Service/Customer Service"

What do you like best about Nextiva? They respond very quickly to questions and concerns I may have. I am not super tech savy and they always help me with ease. The service with the phones are great as well; I never has issues with my phone calls.
