Solving billing problems

Gus did a great job of finding out what happened to a credit that was supposed to hit our account about 5 months ago. He found the credit and worked with billing to get it fixed!

Great team work!!

Set up was pretty easy. Nextiva team members worked with me to make sure I was alright. They also made sure I understood next steps and where to go for questions. Being a new business owner, I’m still getting the hang of things but setting up my business phone number was WAY easier than I expected; and the pricing is not bad either. Thanks Nextiva!!

Nick made my experience a positive one…

Nick made my experience a positive one and likely saved me as a customer. I called in to support. I talked to no less than 5, each of whom forwarded me on to another queue, but never the right queue until Nick answered after I rang back in. I was at my wits end, just wanting to adjust my service, which had just renewed for another year. Doug

It's a clown show

It's a clown show. I have wasted so much time trying to setup this VOIP. It never got setup properly. The line wouldn't take incoming calls. I setup a long phone tree with a representative and tried to record voicemails so that we could get incoming calls. The application is a hot mess. Way too many clicks to get to one phone call. Signed up for the free trial and they required around 8 questions just to cancel the darned thing. Sat on hold. I tried tech support twice and talking to the ...
