Nextiva is a great company to work with. From the initial sales call from Justin to my company rep, George Gallagher, to the test caller Garrett - all reps were great to work with and helpful. George followed up with me on a regular basis to check in and see how things were going. That was very appreciated and helpful as well. Thanks Nextiva for saving us money and having the best reps to guide us through.

Amazing onboarding service

I got on the Nextiva website chat to understand the service a little bit. Then we jumped to a call; then we went to signing up for the service and being fully implemented with auto attendant and faxing within an hour. Amazing onboarding service.

Joshua was extremely helpful and professional! Our company has had some account issues for months. I've called and emailed Nextiva multiple times and no one was able to assist with correcting our account. I called and spoke to Joshua today and he was able to help and correct our account. I appreciate his excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
