Cancellation Policy

I went with Nextiva in part because I could cancel at anytime. Now maybe it's on me for not looking into the details or not pushing my sales person to reveal the terms completely, but when I called today to cancel I was told that the charge would be just under $1,000. Not sure that a company priding itself on service and satisfaction should be looking for that type of profiteering.

"Nextiva is a user-friendly and easy to use system for our company."

What do you like best about Nextiva? I love that Nextiva has an app that I can use both on my computer and my phone. I use both of them daily and never have to worry about missing a call if I'm not at my desk. And any time we have needed assistance with Nextiva, their support team has taken care of us. We have recently added texting to our account and I'm excited to have another method of reaching our customers.

Nextiva Rating is Questionable

The rating for this company defies logic or truth. I have used Nextiva for several years for my business(I haven't changed because I was grandfathered in on a certain feature that now you must pay for) the customer service is abysmal, they constantly drop calls, perform upgrades without notice, have issues with their own phone services and continue to raise their fees all the while their service overall is becoming worse! "Great Chat Support"

What do you like best about Nextiva? I like the ability to have all of our locations be on one phone system. We can pick up the phone and push an extension to talk directly who we need to in our locations across the state. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the questions that we have.

Called up with questions, he got everything to me and taken care of. there are businesses you hate to call, be put on hold, never get to the right person- and calling Nextive has always been a blessing. you get someone quick, and you get professional help! world class service, right!!!
