I get that your sales people are…

I get that your sales people are probably instructed to move on once the sale is closed but I really feel like I was left hanging by my sales person once I signed the paperwork. My phone install was rushed through on 2/29 even though it was scheduled for 3/4 and because Nextiva has not ported my phone numbers, we spent several hours setting up phones that wouldn't work because the lines were not ported. Your support staff suggested I disconnect the new Nextiva phones that I just spent hours ...

Smooth process and easy to follow.

Everyone was very helpful. My sale rep was very understanding of my position and did a great job in providing a solution that worked for my company. The onboarding rep. was helpful in explaining feature and setup my service. Although at times she seemed Ignored that I had to ask her to repeat what she said (because she has a heavy accent and was hard to understand at times), I also felt she was rushing to end the call. I never write bad reviews for companies, but I originally purchased Nextiva because of their positive reviews so I needed to set the record straight. My experience with Nextiva makes me want to find every review site imaginable and write a 1 star review. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish.
