Poor Phone Quality While Using App
Great customer and tech-support. Unfortunately, using the mobile app to answer phone calls in the field was not good. I had a lot of drop calls, missed calls, and very poor quality if a call did come thru. Clients would tell me that they could not hear me and I could not hear them.

So far the the customer service was excellent and the call and messaging is wonderful. I appreciate the time spent walking me through the setup process.

I love everything about my experience…
I love everything about my experience working with Nextiva. I began my journey speaking with Nathan who went above and beyond to make me comfortable, knowledgeable and I moved forward grateful with the suggested package…. Anastasiia took it from there and set me up perfectly. She put a smile on my face as she answered all my questions and made me wish I called Nextiva sooner. I’m looking forward to building my business and more specifically providing quality communication using Nextiva.

Quick and Seamless!
Great service! I requested a quote late Thursday night, received an email and a call the next day. While on the phone learning about the features I received a quote. I reviewed my other options and thought Nextiva was the best for me. Reasonable cost, quick set up, and I am now using my app.
