Review for Yuriy with the Nextiva setup team

Yuriy did a wonderful job walking me through the set up step by step and having the patience to do it without the ability to screen share with me. We have high security set up on our computers (HIPAA compliance) that would not allow it. He gave me confidence to be able to know what to do to readjust and turn on/off different settings.

The app is unreliable

The app is unreliable, I have missed major opportunities due to calls not coming through. Customer services seem uninterested in assisting with said issues. They make it difficult for you to transfer the phone number to another carrier. Go daddy smart line was a better option neither were great.
