Good Working With Customers

I had an issue with being charged with add on features I was not using and did not want to have. They worked with me to remove them and get back to my original monthly payment without making me pay a fee to remove them as per usual.

Nextiva customer since 2023 - DO NOT TAKE NEXTIVA

We have been utilizing Nextiva's services since July 2023. However, you must take heed: READ THEIR AGREEMENT/CONTRACT THOROUGHLY. Their agreement is riddled with deceitful clauses. Despite their claims of providing quality services at reasonable prices, both assertions are grossly inaccurate. Initially luring customers in with seemingly low prices, they subsequently entrap them in lengthy two-year contracts, only to proceed with nickel-and-diming tactics for every minor feature after that. ...

Easy to set up and helpful customer…Pain Point

Easy to set up and helpful customer service on the sales side and the setup side. The only pain point I would change is that I was forced to keep the autorenewal of two add-ons that I do not need. The salesperson said he could not disable the autorenewal, so I had to have the setup technician create a ticket to have them removed.

Review for Yuriy with the Nextiva setup team

Yuriy did a wonderful job walking me through the set up step by step and having the patience to do it without the ability to screen share with me. We have high security set up on our computers (HIPAA compliance) that would not allow it. He gave me confidence to be able to know what to do to readjust and turn on/off different settings.
