What do you like best? It's great that it links directly to your card so you have the option to simply "Add from card" rather than create an entirely new entry from the ground up. There are toggles for different categories, and there are usually only 2-3 fields that need to be filled in per entry (though I'm sure this is organization dependent). What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use and knock out all my business expenses and receipts for reimbursement. What do you dislike? I can't really come up with anything that comes to mind that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Business Expenses, reimbursements, budgeting.

Easy and Accurate

What do you like best? Nexonia is a very accessible web based program that allows for accurate expense tracking. What do you dislike? The interface can take some time to get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My company uses Nexonia to keep track of billable hours and expenses for clients.

Straightforward Process

What do you like best? Nexonia is very user-friendly and straightforward. Without training, most employees are easily able to understand the process and platform. What do you dislike? If expenses are rejected, they must be fully resubmitted since there is no “edit” option. This can be lengthy and frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s a very quick process! I would very highly recommend using it.

The implementation team from Nexonia was awesome when making customizations to our system for our needs to be met. The team was diligent in meeting our implementation timeline. What do you like best? The simple user interface. Since Nexonia, unlike Concur or other platforms, is solely and expense tracking system. There is a simple matching and coding list to choose from. What do you like best? Nexonia is a straight-forward platform that allows you to easily input and divide your hours between different workstreams or categories. They also allow employees to request time off within it and have it approved by a supervisor. They allow employees to receive email reminders to insert hours and approve time off.
