Nexonia - Cost Saving/Accuracy Benefits

What do you like best? Nexonia Expenses and Payables has increased our general ledger accuracy. It has also saved money with the reduction of personnel costs. What do you dislike? The only missing feature that I would like is for the accounts payable module to autofill the categories for prior vendors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nexonia has automated our accounts payable process with the seamless integration with Sage Intacct

Nexoina easy time tracking

What do you like best? Timer makes easy to keep track of time as I switch between projects and don't have to retroactively add back in. What do you dislike? Can be hard to make changes without getting error notifications at times and overriding what was tracked. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More efficient time and expense tracking that allows us to better allocate time and resources.

What do you like best? I like the functionality on mobile devices What do you dislike? Linking receipts sometimes is confusing, depending on how they are uploaded. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have someone in-house become the expert so staff can go to that one person for questions What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instant receipt uploads is beneficial. Entering mileage for start and end points is handy.

Seems out dated

What do you like best? The fact that I can get paid back for my business expenses is great What do you dislike? The system seems very antiquated as if it is still from the 1990s. What do you like best? For the most part, it is easy to track time and code to different line items. What do you dislike? Depending on how specific your company is sometimes it can be confusing as to what to code certain time to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to track expenses and time.

What do you like best? It gives a very detailed report on expenses, it allows us to integrate it with our current platforms easily, it has multicurrency support thereby avoiding conversion rates, and it was configured in our system to match our policies thereby having very good performance. What do you like best? Intuitive interface, users literally can't get lost in it. Mobile app is great, so many options to submit expenses that all users can find a way that works for them. What do you like best? Cloud based, Easy to use, excellent customer service What do you dislike? Some technical issues that are not preemptively identified What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? remove paper based receipt tracking, time savings, reconcile/submit receipts on the go and immediately.
