What do you like best? This product has the most critical features that have saved my bacon multiple times. Without New Relic I would have probably been fired for not figuring out what was wrong with critical client production sites. The Java profiling tools were the best I've ever seen. What do you like best? Breakdown of request time spent in various layers (application code, database, etc.) Error rate and response time monitoring. Alerting and ability to hook up to multiple channels (PagerDuty, Slack, email) What do you dislike? Alerts don't include graphs (like DataDog) and often the graphs are helpful.
