Very Powerful APM software
What do you like best? Fast troubleshoot of application. Simply found applications error or database errors. Simply interface to others software like Pagerduty What do you dislike? Every single feature as a Cost. Not cheap service Sometimes php agent give segmentation fault What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fast troubleshoot erros

Total info on what's going on in your application
What do you like best? Intuitive UI and lots of very useful info. In the overview you basically get all the info you need to know about how your app is performing. Installing is very easy and the performance breakdown info is priceless. Whenever something goes wrong you can see it in the charts, be it a bad piece of code, database query or just a nasty error. Helps us find and fix issues and slowness regularly. Couldn't live without it.
What do you like best? Having application monitoring is crucial to understanding how a system is performing, and understanding why it's performing this way. I use the transaction trace the most to find slow transactions and their cause. I also use the database section for long-running queries to find optimizations. Was using NewRelic extensively for all the environments.
What do you like best? It was very easy to implement and has very detailed monitoring and alerting systems What do you dislike? there were not too many options for client side moniting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were using NewRelic for API, Database and Services monitoring. It was very useful finding the root cause of the issue

A wonderful service for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
What do you like best? You can effortlessly drill deep down into the code of a web application to find out things like where the most time is being spent by the server, what's using up the most memory, how much time is spent in certain functions throughout the lifecycle of your application, etc. What do you dislike? Incredibly powerful monitoring tool
What do you like best? The amount of features you get allows you to dig into the most detailed aspects of your system. The whole NRQL ability, plus the ability to finetune results is crazy. What do you like best? I like the server features, which i think are a free add-on to the APM (paid) offerings What do you dislike? I have found the the pricing plan structure around container-based instances to be hard to navigate in the past, BUT i have heard it was getting much better. What do you like best? The ability to quickly analyze performance and error metrics with drill down abilities to see the actual processes that are creating the exceptions. What do you dislike?
