Best quality / price ratio.
I have bought a shared hosting plan, domain names with whoisguard & SSL certificate. It is all working well. I moved from godaddy to namecheap and i am happy because the namecheap website is simpler to use. My mailbox is not flooded with advertisements anymore. More importantly, their prices are well displayed and it is possible to see what it is going to cost for the second year for a particular domain. There is also no hidden fees. The product discription is cheating!
It says "SSD Disk Space" in hosting description, but I find out it is just SSD cache in Q&A! This is cheating!

Poor Service DO NOT USE
Seems this company has major problems with credit card fraud which tells me they certainly are incapable of performing correct checks and do not have the proper systems in place. It is absolutely ludicrous that my account got terminated due to potential credit card fraud which was completely unfounded. I find it hard to believe that a company in 2015 cannot correctly identify card fraud at the point of execution especially with 3D Secure available here in the UK.Absolutely poor customer ...

Was sold useless add-on product, refused refund
Namecheap suggested I purchase a WhoisGuard subscription along with my .CA domain, offering me a free 1-year trial purchase, then prompting me to renew the subscription after the year was done. I only recently discovered that WhoisGuard is incompatible with .CA domains because CIRA provides privacy protection by default for such domains. Consumer BEWARE. Do NOT use this company.
"I had a few questions about purchasing a domain through namecheap and there was an error in their system so I chatted with one of their reps and they said buy the domain and then she could fix it. Well I did and she could not fix it so I requested a refund. I received an email saying they typically do not give refunds but would this one time. I never saw the refund and the company has been terrible to deal with since then. Would NEVER use them again."

Scam!
Not only do th\ese guys blackmail you but if they don't get their own way they WILL report your domain to spamhaus in order to get your attention this is the most vile putrid site I have EVER used. The staff are disgusting and careless and do not care about their customers. I really REALLY advise staying away from this company it will only cause your grief and trouble.

A company with no customer service is fraud!
There are certain aspects that make up a business having customer service is one of them. Namecheap has non, there for is fraudulent.
